Public invitation to tender for consultancy services needed for the implementation of Strategic Project “ALTERENERGY” Energy sustainability in the small communities of the Adriatic which implementation is within the cross-border Cooperation Programme IPA-Adriatic 2007-2013 No. : CCI2007CB16IP0001
Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relatoins B&H (Ministry) announced on 20 October 2014 public invitation to tender for consultancy services needed for the implementation of Strategic Project “ALTERENERGY” Energy sustainability in small communities of the Adriatic which implementation is within cross-border Cooperation Programme IPA – Adriatic No.: CCI2007CB16IP0001.
Questions of the potential tenderers as well as Ministry’s replies are given in the text below:
- Does this invitation could be participated by Consultancies that are not registrated in B&H, but operate in this region?
Reply: Public invitation for consultancy services needed for the implementation of Strategic Project “ALTERENERGY” Energy sustainability in the small communities of the Adriatic, can be participated by Consultancies not registered in B&H, but which met Service Contract Notice, article 10. Eligibility which is the integral part of the tender documentation.
- Is it necessary that tenderer at the same time with the technical and financial tender submits evidence defined in PRAG 2.3.3, or the above evidence are to be submitted only by the tenderer whom contract will be concluded with, after evaluation of the submitted tenders respectively?
