MINISTERS ŠAROVIĆ AND YILMAZ SIGN AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF DEFENSE INDUSTRY



The Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Šarović, at the invitation of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Turkey, Ismet Yilmaz, visited the international defense industry fair IDEF 2013 in Istanbul.

The Minister of Defence of BiH, Mr. Zekerijah Osmić was also a member of the BiH Delegation. The two Ministers and their associates used this opportunity to visit the BiH exibitors' stand at the fair.

Today, May 7, 2013, Minister Šarović and Minister Yilmaz signed a cooperation agreement in the field of defense industry between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Turkey.

Entry into force of this Agreement will create favorable conditions for cooperation in the defense industry by improving capacity, more efficient cooperation, production, supply and sale of goods and services.
