MINISTER SAROVIC AT PLUM FAIR IN GRADACAC



August 29, 2012 - Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Mirko Sarovic attended the opening of the Plum Fair in Gradacac upon invitation from Minister of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry of the Federation of BiH, Mr.Jerko Ivankovic-Lijanovic, and Director of „Fair Gradacac“, Mr. Husein Topcagic.

The Plum Fair in Gradacac is one of the oldest business events in Bosnia and Herzegovina that traditionally gathers people from the country and the region, and represents a good opportunity for manufacturers to present the untapped potential of the whole Bosnia and Herzegovina in production of high quality food products.

This year's fair in Gradacac was marked by bilateral meetings between businessmen and representatives of many governments at all levels in BiH, as well as bilateral meetings with representatives of foreign delegations from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On this occasion, Minister Šarović met with Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Montenegro Tarzan Milosevic, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development of Croatia Tihomir Jakovina and Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Turkey Kutbettin Arzu.
