The department for monitoring the implementation of customs regulations is in charge of the following activities: normative-legal, study-analytical, technical-operational and administratively -technical in the field of: plans for monitoring the implementation of customs regulations; minitoring and supervising the implementation of laws and by-laws regulations for unique application in BiH; monitoring compliance of entity customs regulations with BiH customs regulations;
