The department for customs tariff is in charge of the following activities: normative-legal, study-analytical and technical-operational in the field of: customs tariff of BiH, monitoring the EU combined nomenclature and proposing the harmonization of customs tariffs of B&H with the EU nomenclature; monitoring of WTO requests and appropriate adjustments of customs tariff; updating, prescribing of codes, interpretations, explanations and informing of the competent bodies of the entities about changes of codes of customs tariff of BiH.
