Vienna, November 30, 2015 - Today in Vienna, a large meeting was organized by the Energy Community and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, dedicated to the energy sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the implementation of the Third energy package, especially in the gas and electricity sector, and the issues in this area for which the Energy Community launched disputes against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In addition to the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Šarović, meeting was attended by: Petar Đokić, Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining of Republika Srpska, Nermin Džindić, Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry of FBiH, directors and experts of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), Independent System Operator in BiH (NOS), Elektroprenos BH, entity regulatory agencies, electric power companies and other bodies and institutions from different levels in this area.

Different open questions and topics, including possible future solutions for a regulation in this area, will be discussed at the Energy Community headquarters during the next three days through several established, different working groups.
