Parallel to this meeting, a meeting was held at the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the participation of expert teams of the three ministries and the representatives of the Elektroprenos BiH, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) and the Independent System Operator (ISO), who should provide their expert opinion on the above-mentioned topics.

It was concluded that, on both issues, a working group composed of experts of all the institutions that participated in today's meeting, should be urgently established, and that at the headquarters of the Energy Community in Vienna, during the month of November, a discussion at this level should be organized in order to search for solutions.
The working group will have the technical and logistical support of the Energy Community in meeting the commitments undertaken in the energy sector and overcoming the problems faced by Bosnia and Herzegovina.
