Meeting with the Ambassador Chen Bo

Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirko Šarović, met today with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to BiH, Chen Bo.

The topic of the conversation was the upcoming Sarajevo Business Forum, and the preparation of the two sides for this important event, especially considering that it will be dedicated to economy cooperation and investments of China and 16 Central and Eastern Europe Countries.

Ambassador Bo informed Minister Šarović that the Business Forum will be attended by a large number of leading Chinese companies in fields of telecommunication, energy, construction and transport, highest-level representatives of at least four Chinese provinces, as well as the officials of the Chinese government.

This year, Sarajevo Business Forum will gather in one place a largest number of Chinese companies, business world and government institutions, ever recorded in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will be an opportunity to raise the level of economic cooperation and investment on a much higher level.
