A business forum among businessmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Serbia and Republic of Turkey will be held on October 20, 2015, in Sarajevo. The Forum will be attended by Minister of  Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mirko Šarović, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia, Rasim Ljajić, and  Minister of Economy of the Republic of Turkey Nihat Zeybekci.

The Business Forum will be held on October 20, 2015, a day after the third meeting of the Trilateral Trade Committee between Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Turkey, in Belgrade. This Forum is a result of the agreement between the ministers and representatives of the economy made at the second meeting of the Trilateral Trade Committee held in Ankara on August 18, 2015. During the Business Forum, the Ministers will sign the Medium Term Program on Trade and Economic Cooperation among Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Turkey (for the period 2016-2018), as well as the Action Plan for its implementation.

In accordance with the Declaration on Economic and Trade Cooperation among Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Turkey, signed at the first meeting of the Ministers held in May 2013, and subsequently adopted documents, the ministers agree that the institutional cooperation can be effective and achieved in its full capacity only if it serves the economy. Therefore, it is particularly important to hold the first trilateral business forum, which will bring together businessmen from the three countries to discuss the possibilities of joint cooperation.
