06/08/2012
In addition to exhibitors from Bosnia, the participants in the Fair were the representatives of companies from Slovenia, Sweden, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, and other countries in the region. Organizers announced the arrival of potential investors in BiH, which will certainly contribute to the development of industry, energy and mining in our area.
Energy has had a significant role in the development of BiH for years. Training in this field has just begun at the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Civil Engineering in Tuzla. Thus, the Fair brought together the most important institutions and companies from our country engaged in the exploitation and distribution of energy.
This is an excellent opportunity for students of construction and engineering majors familiarize themselves with the resources and technology that the Canton of Tuzla has. This fair will present to the visitors, among others, many small and medium enterprises which base their work on energy efficiency, so that those who visit Mejdan from 5 to 8 June will be able to educate themselves about new technologies that use minimal amounts of energy. The Mining Institute is the only active scientific research institute in the energy sector in BiH, making Tuzla the right venue for such events.
