Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ermina Salkičević-Dizdarević in Ankara, 30.4.2013 – Memorandum signing

 

April 30, 2013 – a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of science was signed at 9.30 today in Ankara, between the Institute for Geology of the Federation of BiH and the General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration of the Republic of Turkey.

Afterwards, a letter of intent was signed between the company Temsan from the Republic of Turkey, represented by the CEO Hilmi Baştürk, and Energoinvest Sarajevo, represented by Mr. Emir Varnica. A formal contract will be signed on May 15 between the two companies. Both documents were signed on the initiative of the Deputy Minister Salkičević-Dizdarevic and Deputy Minister Mr. Hasan Merjan whose signatures confirmed an interest in collaboration between these two companies.

Deputy Minister officially invited the Deputy Minister Mr. Hasan Merjan to come to Tuzla and open the fair to which he agreed and confirmed his and the attendance of a Turkish delegation at the fair in Tuzla.

Mrs. Salkičević – Dizdarević thanked the Minister and Deputy Minister for their hospitality and intentions to invest in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was also agreed to hold a business forum between BiH and Turkey during the Tuzla Fair of Energy, Mining and Industry, and the "ENERGA" conference, in order to allow businessmen to express their interest in business cooperation in the field of energy.
