Sector for economic development and entrepreneurship covers the following areas:

-              Development and promotion of entrepreneurship; small and middle-sized enterprises

-              Preparation and activities related to the adoption and implementation of technical regulations in the field of industry

-              Activities and procedures for conformity assessment

-              Preparation of the Decision on representation of foreign legal entities

-              Improving consumer protection in BiH

-              Monitoring and legislative supervision of the market

-              Competition and State Aid

In addition to matters of normative - legal nature in terms of drafting regulations, horizontal and vertical communication with international and domestic institutions and organizations is carried out in this Sector order to fulfil its prescribed competencies and tasks. The Sector is intensively involved in the implementation and / or monitoring of European (IPA) and international projects.
