Import and Export Regimes (licenses for the export of artefacts and sugar);
Foreign trade measures for the protection of domestic production from excessive, dumped and subsidized imports;
Collecting and processing data on registered foreign investments and reporting on flows of foreign direct investments in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
Analysis of the legal framework through the conduct of an assessment of regulatory changes and their impact in the process of adoption of new policies and laws regulating the area of foreign direct investment in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
Registration of legal entities for conducting foreign trade in controlled goods;
Receiving applications and issuing individual licenses;
Issuance of End User Certificate, International Import Certificate and other documents accompanying external trade in controlled goods;
Registration of legal entities engaged in the production of weapons and military equipment;
Marking small arms, light weapons and associated ammunition;
Promoting and improving the export of goods and services;
Drafting of proposals for the organization of trade fairs in the country and abroad;
Function of the Secretariat of the Export Council of BiH;
Coordination of activities within the competence of the Ministry related to the European integration process in Bosnia and Herzegovina
