EU Integration

Main activities of the Ministry in the process of European integration are:

- periodic reporting and monitoring of the implementation of the BiH Institutions Annex for the regular Annual Report for BiH in the process of European integration;

- translation of the acquis within the competence of the Ministry;

- operations relating to EU instruments and programs (IPA, TAIEX);

- elaboration of instruments of compliance of legal regulations within the competence of the Ministry with the acquis;

- participation in the work of the Subcommittees (working bodies for the implementation of the SAA);

- participation in the work of the working groups for European integration;

- activities related to preparing the answers to the questions from the EC Questionnaire for which the Ministry has been identified as a competent institution;

- other activities related to the European integration process.
